Construction has not started yet, so there are no site photos to show. The instalments follow the programme: the first 15% falls due as construction starts, the last 10% at the handover.

Q01What is the payment plan?
A reservation of THB 100,000 for a one-bedroom or THB 200,000 for a two-bedroom, 30% at the contract, then 15% in January 2027, 15% in June 2027, 15% in November 2027, 15% in April 2028 and 10% in October 2028. Paying 100% up front gives a 5% discount.
Q02Can a foreigner buy freehold?
Yes: a condominium unit is bought freehold in the foreign quota, with the money transferred from abroad. The developer quotes 7% for the freehold transfer at completion; we confirm the quota for your unit and who pays what in writing before the reservation.
Q03What are the running costs?
The common fee is 70 THB per m² a month — about THB 2,412 a month for a 34.46 m² home — and the sinking fund is a one-off 700 THB per m², about THB 24,122 for the same home.
Q04Is furniture included?
Furniture and appliances come as a package: THB 300,000 for a one-bedroom, THB 350,000 for a 1 Bedroom Exclusive and THB 500,000 for a two-bedroom.
